ORDERING & SHIPPING

When does an order ship?

Card and prints ship within 1-3 business days. Everything is mailed via USPS or Fedex and tracking will be provided via email once an order ships.

What if my package arrives damaged?

That's a bummer and we want to make it right, so please contact me as soon as it arrives so we can find a quick solution.

What is your return policy?

You may return any unopened cards or 8x10 prints within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in the original packaging and not damaged. You are responsible for shipping the return. Please contact me for the return address and a refund will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of returned material.

*Please note that any custom work or digital products are not refundable.

Do you do custom work?

I offer custom watercolor home portraits. They will be available again September 30, 2022. I will offer 10 per month. If you don't see them listed, then that means they are sold out for the month. Please contact me for any questions about ordering.

Do you paint people and/or pets?

Sorry, but no I don't offer to paint people or pets.

Do you offer to instruct workshops?

No, I am not currently offering workshops at this time.

Where do you print your products?

All of the greeting cards and wall prints are printed withing the U.S. at an off-site location. Currently, all items are printed on 110# linen cardstock.
